If you have a dispute with one or more Advertisers, you agree to release and hereby release printquotesdirect.com (and printquotesdirect.com's officers, directors, agents,subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, successors, assigns, content providers and service providers) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown,suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
 
(a) Buyer Submissions: You may submit your material for your project listing at the Online Sign-Up formlocated at http://www.printquotesdirect.com. printquotesdirect.com reserves the right to edit, refuse, rejector remove any project listing at its discretion at any time. You represent and warrant that all information, in the project listing itself or contact information supplied in conjunction with the project listing, (i) does not violate any law or regulation; (ii) does not infringe in any manner any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right of any third party;(iii) does not breach any duty toward or rights of any person or entity including, without limitation, rights of publicity or privacy, or has not otherwise resulted in any consumer fraud, product liability, tort, breach of contract, injury, damage or harm of any kind to any person or entity; (iv) is not false or misleading; and/or (v) is neither defamatory, libelous, slanderous or threatening. Only Personal Use is Authorized
Under this Agreement, printquotesdirect.com gives you limited permission to access and use the Services only for your personal use, and to copy, distribute and transmit the content of the Services only to the extent that such copying, distribution, and transmission is automatically done through your browser soft-ware incidentally to using the Services for your personal use. You may also print a copy of the information displayed on the Services for your personal use. Warranty
YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE printquotesdirect.com MARKETPLACE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE printquotesdirect.com MARKETPLACE IS AVAILABLE ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER printquotesdirect.com NOR ANYOF ITS INFORMATION PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, LICENSEES, EMPLOYEES , AGENTS,ATTORNEYS, CONSULTANTS OR CONTRACTORS, OR ENTITIES WITHIN THE printquotesdirect.com DISTRIBUTION NETWORK MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WHATSOEVER REGARDING THE printquotesdirect.com MARKETPLACE, THE SUCCESS OF YOUR PARTICIPATION
