This is a Completely FREE service to you, the Print Buyer. However, Printing Companies pay a fee to receive and participate in the quote process. Please respect their time and staff by submitting an accurate and serious request for quote.

I understand that Printing Companies may call to answer my questions or to provide more options and variables for my printed project.

Providing your phone number is mandatory. All printing quotes are reviewed and checked. If the site administrator feels that your quote did not provide enough information, they may need to call you to correct or confirm your printing quote requirements ( e.g. 555-555-5555 )
By providing a brief company description, the printer may be able to provide you with samples or ideas of printed pieces they have created for other companies in your industry. ( e.g. Furniture Company, Real Estate Company, Graphic Designer , Publisher )
Give your printing project a unique name or title so it will be easy for you and the printer to reference. ( e.g. xyz store catalog or xmas directmail package )
How many individual printed pieces do you require? Separate multiple quantities with a comma. (e.g. 2000, 5000, 10,000, 25,000)
If you have a folded Brochure, Book, magazine Catalog etc. you will need to unfold it or open it and measure the Width and Height in inches ( e.g. an 8.5" x 11" finished size brochure unfolded or opened = 17" x 11" )
Paper stock weights are usually described in " pounds ". 60 pound, 70 pound, 80 pound and 100 pound, are all standard paper weights with 60 pound being the thinnest and 100 pound being the thickest. If you are looking to have a good quality brochure or magazine printed, the inside paper stock weight should be between 70 to 100 pound.
Specify the type of file you will be providing to the printer. Photoshop, Illustrator, Quarkxpress, Indesign and PDF. are all accepted file formats by printing companies.
This is your last chance to provide the printing companies with any and all details about your printing project. If you feel there are more details you would like to add, please do so in this section
What is the Width and Height in inches for your final printed piece (e.g. an 8.5" x 11" Brochure, catalog, book etc.)
If your piece requires a separate cover, you will need to add " plus cover " ( e.g. 32 page plus cover catalog, book or magazine etc. )
If your printed piece requires a cover which is thicker then the inside paper stock, you will need to provide the printer with a cover stock weight. Cover stock weights are usually described in points. 8pt. 10pt. 12pt. and 14pt. are all standard cover stock weights with 8pt. being the thinnest, and 14pt. being the thickest. If your looking to have a good quality magazine or catalog printed, the cover stock weight should be between 10pt. to 14pt. depending on preference or the effect you are trying to achieve
Is there any folding or binding associated with your printed piece? Some examples of binding are: saddle stitch binding, wire-o-binding, comb binding and perfect binding. Some options for folding your printed piece are: half fold, letter fold, z-fold, gate fold and accordion fold.
Specify how you would like your printed project packaged. The standard procedure for packaging printed products are in boxes, however you may also want your printed piece to be individually shrink wrapped or banded in multiples of 100 or more.
